Does it work with clients other than Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor?
Yes. Any client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth 2.1 can connect: Windsurf, Codex, Zed, and agents you build yourself. Same endpoint, same sign in.
What can my agent see?
Only your company's records: invention records, matter status, deadlines, the documents you shared and your attorney's messages. Nothing from anyone else. Every read and write shows in the audit log on the matter.
What can it never do?
Engage the firm, sign anything, pay anything, approve a draft for filing or instruct an office action response. Those are human decisions by an authorized person, made in the portal.
Where does my invention data go?
The portal stores it encrypted and isolated per company, never used to train models. Once your assistant reads it, that session belongs to your assistant's provider and we cannot control how long they keep it. Sensitive teams can ask about the private deployment option.
Is anything the connector says legal advice?
No. Everything it returns is software output, not legal advice. Your attorney gives legal advice, only after you engage the firm.
